📍 Detailed Itinerary: Ouzoud Waterfalls Day Trip
We’ll start our Ouzoud day trip from Marrakech with an early pickup at 8:00 AM from your hotel or riad. We then head northeast toward the Azilal province, about 160 km from Marrakech, passing through beautiful olive groves, valleys, and traditional Berber villages.
Upon arrival at Ouzoud Falls, you’ll be greeted by the spectacular sight of cascading waterfalls plunging over 100 meters into the gorge of the El-Abid River. The name “Ouzoud” means “grinding grain” in Berber – a nod to the many ancient water mills that still operate near the falls.
